        * You are welcome to bring in your IBM-compatible PC.  We will attempt to help you diagnose and fix HARDWARE problems and install new components. We have a spare monitor (with standard, 15-pin VGA connector/cable), so unless you believe your monitor is part of the problem or otherwise needed, you do not need to bring it in.  Please do bring in your keyboard and mouse, the CD for your operating system, the manual and driver software (CD) for any component you are having problems with (or want to install), and the system or motherboard manual.  If you believe there is any chance that the motherboard is part of the problem, please also bring in the motherboard CD.  NOTE: If you bring in hardware for the group to help you with, you will be asked to sign a release form.  The club provides NO GUARANTEE that we can help - we may "break" something or otherwise make the problem worse.  Bottom line, we'll help you as best we can at YOUR OWN RISK.

** "Random Access" is when you ask questions and we try to provide answers.  There is NO GUARANTEE that the answers are correct or that doing what is suggested won't make things worse.  Proceed at YOUR OWN RISK.
